Center for Healing FM, LLC., (CHFM) shares your concerns about privacy on the Internet. In order to better protect your privacy, CHFM has provided this notice explaining its online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to the information that CHFM collects on its website(s)/funnels (“Website”),and does not apply to information that CHFM may collect by any alternative means or media. Your personal contact information is never sold.

Children:

The Website is not intended for children under the age of 13. CHFM does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13 years of age. In the event that CHFM becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a user under 13 years of age, it will take steps to delete such information from its database.

“agent”) to submit a request on your behalf the same way. Shortly after you (or your

you (via the email address provided during submission of your request) with instructions

on how to verify the request before we fulfill it.

enabled services such as WiFi; and (v) Sensitive personal information such as account

credentials provided for any Sites, and financial information provided for a transaction.

California privacy rights apply to all individuals including job applicants, current and

former employees, contractors, and business partners. Due to the nature of these

relationships, the collection and use of personal information can vary, but in general

terms and in addition to all the disclosures above:

• Job applicants may provide us with personal information as part of an employment

application and review process that includes the applicant’s contact information,

education and employment history, resume and cover letter. We do not use this

information for any purpose other than to evaluate the individual for employment with us

and manage our careers program. Job applicants may provide additional information for

routine background checks to a third-party provider of such services, under specific

privacy terms and consents that will be provided at the time of collection.

• Employees receive disclosures during and after onboarding that provides additional

details regarding our employee privacy practices.

• We collect contact information and other personal information reasonably necessary to

engage and work with contractors and business partners in the course of a business

relationship.

We do not have any financial incentives programs in connection with personal

information, and do not generally assign monetary value to individuals’ personal

information.

no standard interpretation or practice for responding to DNT signals (see

consistent with this Policy. As described above, we endeavor to support browser GPC

For Nevada residents, please note that we do not sell personal information as defined

by Nevada law (Nevada Revised Statutes, Chapter 603A, Section 1.6), but you can

International Data Transfers and Use

Our Sites are controlled and operated by us from the United States and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than those of the United States. Any information you provide through use of the Sites may be stored and processed, transferred between, and accessed from the United States and other countries which may not guarantee the same level of protection of personal information as the one in which you reside. Opt Out:

Upon receipt and processing of an “opt out” request, CHFM will, within a commercially reasonable amount of time, remove your information from any future unsolicited marketing communications and advertisements. Your request not to receive marketing materials or advertisements will not apply to information that you request to receive.

Security, No Liability:

CHFM has implemented security measures to help protect against the risk of loss, misuse, and alteration of any information under CHFM's control. Nevertheless, such security measures may not prevent all loss, misuse, or alteration of information on the Website, and CHFM is not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to any such security failures. Although CHFM takes reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of any visitor information collected, we shall have no liability for disclosure of any visitor information obtained due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties. RETURN POLICY

For physical products ordered from and provided by Center for Healing FM, LLC (CHFM): we always strive to ensure we provide you with the exact products you ordered, either in-person or via phone or email. If you received an item in error which has been unopened, please contact us so that we may make arrangements to provide you the correct item and accept your return.

If you wish to return previously ordered items for any other reason, please consider the following items before contacting Center for Healing FM, LLC (CHFM):

Pre-approval is required for all returns & must be within 7 days of receipt.

Refrigerated items cannot be returned.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to unopened, un-refrigerated returns.

Special orders, herbal blends, advanced lab testing (urine, stool, saliva, etc.), blood lab and DNA test fees cannot be returned.

All items paid to outside Vendors (ex. Prolon, Designs for Health, Fullscript, Rupa Health, etc) have their own customer service and return/refund policies. Please contact them directly for any return needs.
